I enjoy all facets of Thai healing, the energy balancing effects are amazing and the alignment of the body through stretching are a main focus in my practice.

I am a Massage Therapist, a Montessori Directress, and Children's Kundalini Yoga teacher. I make jewelry and I love to cook!

Actually, I will be moving to Nashville, which I think is an hour away? (I'm not familiar with the area yet). Hopefully we will be able to meet and work togeather. Thanks for the info about Memphis. Is there a location there that anyone teaches out of or a place where you usually practice?

Hi! I am moving to Nashville in a couple of weeks and I know Memphis is somewhat close. Do you know of anywhere in the general area to study or if there are any Tao Mountain teachers out that way? Thank you!
